You can schedule as far in advance as you want to secure your preferred date. To ensure we have adequate time to prepare and deliver the elevated experience you expect, we kindly request a minimum of 5 days' notice before your anticipated date. Booking early not only guarantees availability but also allows us to customize every detail to create a memorable and seamless event.
We want you to experience your very own luxury picnic, so any weather-related issues that arise can be accommodated with open communication. We recommend having a backup indoor location or rescheduling your picnic. We offer weather-related guarantees or alternative arrangements with the following options:
You can keep your booking date and we bring your picnic indoors within your home or covered patio
Reschedule for a later date/time
Optional: you may cancel your picnic entirely with a partial refund (minus perishable add-ons & deposit fee) sent back to your account in 3-5 business days.
We supply everything you need, but you may want to bring personal items like sunscreen, a hat, or a jacket depending on the weather. We also cannot provide alcohol as it is generally prohibited in public parks. We offer a few finger food options, but cannot make a full meal. You may bring in your own food options.
We have a maximum guest limit based on your chosen package option. Additional guests may be added on for $35/person, but keep in mind the pricing of each package comfortably caters to your party size. Be sure to check with us to ensure your group size is accommodated. Any part over 25 guests requires a special permit (public park locations). There is no minimum & anyone can book a solo picnic experience!
