Because our picnics and rentals are reserved specifically for your event date, we have a limited return and refund window.

Rentals & Purchased Add-Ons

All rental items and add-ons (including décor upgrades and any rented equipment) are reserved in advance and are not eligible for returns once your event date has passed.

If an item is delivered damaged or missing, please notify us within 24 hours of your event so we can make it right.

Damage, Missing Items & Excess Cleaning (After Return)

All rental items must be returned in the same condition they were provided (normal wear from use is expected).

If any rental items are returned damaged, missing, or excessively soiled, Al Fresco may charge:

• the repair cost, or
• the replacement cost (if the item can’t be repaired), and/or
• an additional cleaning fee (if needed).

We’ll document the issue (photos and an itemized list) and notify you within 48 hours of pickup/return. Any approved charges will be applied to the card on file/or deducted from the security deposit.

Event Cancellations

If your event is cancelled, we will refund the amount paid for your booking and any purchased rentals/add-ons.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

Rescheduling

If you’d prefer to reschedule instead of cancel, we’re happy to apply your payment to a new date (subject to availability). Any pricing differences for upgraded rentals or packages may apply.

Weather

Outdoor events are weather-dependent. If severe weather makes the event unsafe or impractical, we can reschedule or cancel—if cancelled, we’ll refund you as outlined above.
